Porto Seco Centro Oeste, attentive to market requirements and also to the new laws in force, especially the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law, has implemented an ethics management platform as a way to strengthen corporate governance and establish mechanisms and procedures to encourage the reporting of irregularities in compliance with our Global Compliance Policy.

Therefore, we offer this channel of complaints, which will be received, cleared and handled by the Compliance Department of the company. Unlike the Ombudsman, there is no need to identify yourself to make a complaint. But if you want to identify yourself, your identity will be kept in absolute secrecy.
